In process modeling, “next” gives meaning.
In decision modeling, “next” is meaningless.
Decisions are structures containing logic, dependencies, and context.
When a decision becomes ready for execution:
🔹Its inputs are available
🔹Its dependencies are resolved
🔹Underlying logic are executed by dependencies
Model the decision, not the path.
